1. I, the applicant, hereby provide my consent to the processing of my personal information, which I have disclosed herein to the organisation EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY CYPRUS (hereinafter the “EUC”), by the EUC for the sole purpose of communicating with me and/or informing me in relation to the aforesaid programs of study for which I have hereby expressed my interest (hereinafter the “Purpose”).
2. For the avoidance of any doubt, the following apply:-
   1. Any information and data provided herein by the applicant to the EUC and which will be used, either directly or indirectly, by the EUC for the performance of the Purpose, shall at all times be identified, clearly marked and recorded by the EUC as the personal data of the applicant.
   2. All personal data acquired from the applicant pursuant to this form shall be solely used by the EUC for the performance of the Purpose and shall not be further processed or disclosed to any third party without the consent of the applicant unless this is required and/or allowed pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data and/or the provisions of the applicable local legislation in relation to the protection of personal data (as amended from time to time) and/or the provisions of any other applicable legislation.
   3. I, the applicant confirm that I have been informed that I have the following rights in relation to the personal data provided herein:-
      1. Request access to my personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”).
      2. Request correction of the personal data.
      3. Request erasure of me personal data.
      4. Right to object to the processing of my personal data.
      5. Right to portability.
      6. Right to withdraw the consent given herein at any time in cases where the processing is based on consent. However, I understand that this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawing the consent.
