The 21st century demands new leadership skills. The Holistic Business Leader embodies both business acumen and people competencies, inspiring operational excellence and innovation. In this session, worldwide trends in leadership thinking and practice will be considered together with the age-old dilemma: is this about talent or practice?

Philios Andreou is an Executive Vice President at BTS, a Global Consulting organization with 34 offices across the world in the field of Strategy Execution through people. Philios has a PhD in management and has been working in consulting and business for more than 24 years. In his current role, he is the President of the Emerging Markets Region for BTS which covers all offices in Asia, Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Southern Europe.
